About WCAG Plus
WCAG Plus is the first ethical, free, and transparent platform designed to help companies, PMI, agencies and developers comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG standards, without economic or technical barriers.
Starting from June 28, 2025, digital accessibility is no longer just a best practice: it has become a legal requirement for most digital services in Europe. WCAG Plus was created to offer a concrete and sustainable solution to this need.
Why WCAG Plus exists
Today, many accessibility solutions are:
- Expensive or tied to limiting freemium models.
- Opaque, with proprietary tools that are hard to verify.
- Restrictive, with technological lock-ins or forced upselling.
That’s why we created WCAG Plus: an open platform based on international standards and
open-source technologies like Axe Core
and Pa11y
, offering
free tools to
analyze, monitor, and improve website accessibility.
Who it’s for
- Developers and web agencies wanting to integrate accessibility into their projects.
- Companies and SMEs needing to comply with European regulations.
- Freelancers and designers wanting to offer added value to their clients.
- Activists and advocates of inclusive digital spaces.
What it offers
- Instant accessibility analyses for websites.
- Ongoing progress monitoring.
- Practical suggestions to fix identified issues.
- Transparent and shareable reports.
- Integration with development and QA workflows.
What makes WCAG Plus unique
- Free: no paid features.
- Open technologies: only open-source tools and verifiable standards.
- Privacy by design: we don’t collect or track sensitive data.
- No lock-in: complete freedom of use.
- No ads, upselling, or aggressive marketing.
How the project is supported
WCAG Plus is an independent project, with no external funding or commercial purpose. We don’t sell data, and we don’t sell accessibility.
Our commitment
- Accessibility for everyone, without barriers.
- Ethics and transparency, always.
- Respect for all web users, in every form.
WCAG Plus is not just a set of tools: it’s a declaration of values. It’s our way of building a fairer, more open, and more accessible web. And we hope it becomes yours too.
